Meet Our Staff

	Dr. Sara Northcutt received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Before dental school, she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi. Dr. Northcutt is a member of many professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, the Nashville Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Franklin Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Northcutt and her husband, Danny, have a daughter, Rebecca Taylor, and a son, Brawner.
	Dr. Hadiel Mutlak received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee college of Dentistry. While in Memphis she met her husband, fellow Dentist Dr. Brandon Birdwell. Before dental school she grew up in New York City where she received her Bachelor of Arts from NYU. Dr. Mutlak is a member of several professional organizations, including Nashville Dental Society, Tennessee Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
	Robin Lane – registered dental hygienist   Robin is a native of Franklin and a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Memphis.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 1994.  She lives here in Franklin with her husband, Danny and their two girls, Mackenzie, 7 and Madison, 3.
	Angela Ward – registered dental hygienist   Angela is originally from Raleigh, NC and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene in 2001.    Angela and her husband, Sammy, live in Franklin.  Angela is also pursuing a career as a freelance makeup artist.
	Melissa Bertram – registered dental hygienist   Melissa graduated from the dental hygiene program in Lexington, Kentucky in 1997.  She practiced in Somerset, KY for seven years.  In August 2004 she married her husband and moved to Nashville.  She has been working with Dr. Northcutt since January 2005.  She really enjoys building relationships with the patients she sees.
	Christa Crews – front office manager of accounts   Christa is originally from Montgomery, AL.  She has lived in the Franklin area for eleven years.  Christa has an 18 month old son, Jackson.  She has worked with Dr. Northcutt since May of 2006.  Christa and Kimberly can help you with any questions or concerns.
	Kimberly Avello – front office manager of scheduling   Kimberly is originally from Hollywood, FL.  She recently moved to the Franklin area with her new husband and their whole family.  She has worked with Dr. Northcutt since May of 2006.  Kimberly and Christa can help you with any questions or concerns.
	Jessica Walters – dental assistant   Jessica is from Cherokee County, NC, but has lived in the Nashville area for more than ten years.  Jessica is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and has completed the dental assisting course.  Jessica has worked with Dr. Northcutt for over four years.
	Laurie Walls - dental assistant Laurie is a native of Franklin and now lives in Spring Hill. Laurie has worked in the dental field for over four years. She has worked with Dr. Northcutt for a year and a half.
	Jennifer Livingston - registered dental hygienist Jennifer is from Knoxville, TN. Jennifer attended the University of Tennessee, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2000. In 2007, she graduated from the dental hygiene program at Tennessee State University. Jennifer and her husband, Chance, live in Brentwood with their daughter Addison who was born in April of 2008.
	Lindsay Christy – Registered Dental Hygienist Lindsay is originally from Park City, KY. She graduated from the dental hygiene program at Western Kentucky University in 2004. After practicing in Kentucky, Lindsay moved to Nashville in 2006. Lindsay has worked with this office since May of 2008.
	Rachel Schlitt – Scheduling Coordinator Rachel is originally from Brentwood, TN and lives here in Franklin with her husband and two sons. She attended Brentwood High School and Western Kentucky University. Rachel joined this office in April of 2008.
